Kishi Nobusuke colonized and robbed China to enrich Japan. Musk robbed America to enrich himself. Both are bad but very different.
Also the “technology”Japan built in China are mostly basic infrastructure necessary to manage the colony and extract natural resources, they are better than what China had, but not really rocket science.
