this was just so good, made up for the very weird start imo

I'm pretty sure Anytype is finally open sourcing their code after years of it being in alpha though?

If you're lucky in one area, what's the chance that you'll be lucky in another?Instead, it should be those who are really unlucky, the lottery might balance out their luck 💀

edit: I forgot about ~~mutually exclusive~~ independent events probability ty everyone

One swipe to upvote a comment is much easier than two taps.

Is this a thing? If it's not I'd absolutely love this feature!

AirTags use UWB for more precise finding, but uses Bluetooth as a way to increase minimum levels of compatibility

It's finally coming with Android 14 I believe

[–] Devgard@lemmy.world 7 points 1 year ago (4 children)

it exists, I have it enabled so that by holding on a comment, all the child comments hide.

alternatively, all comments for all parent comments hide with one click on the minimise button via the bottom tool bar

I think it's because Fairphone is offering 5 years OS + extra 3 security to make 8, and not just 8 OS/security updates

I think it's the green colour

Very excited for OneUI 6, but I'm very happy seeing Matter news too

Honestly idk about the new emojis. I don't like the ones used now, but I don't like the new ones either.

I enabled predictive back gestures on my S23u via the Dev options, however it only works kinda on the play store

It seems like OneUI 6 is coming soon. However with the screenshots of the control centre UI, it seems like the 'one handed' UI focus is disappearing as more UI elements are brought higher...

Hi all!

I've noticed that quite a few posts have been taken down recently which I understand can definitely be annoying!

This is due to Rule 2, as follows: No support questions/rants/bug reports: All posts should benefit the community rather than the individual. Please refrain from posting individual support questions, rants, or bug reports.

For support questions, please post them to !askandroid@lemdro.id.

Thanks for your understanding :)

Hi all!

Welcome to everyone who has moved (and hello to those who have joined prior)!

As we move from Reddit to Lemmy and simultaneously read your feedback (we do!), we will be re-evaluating some of our rules to make it less strict of a community.

**Question: How often do you want memes here at c/Android? ** Please upvote the comment that you prefer, do not downvote the other options.

Thanks :)

The hamburger menu at the top left is really hard to reach, especially on a 6>8" S23 Ultra 💀

A bottom navigation bar like ones seen in the Play Store and YouTube would be great, albeit material you-ified

otherwise connect is really nice :)

It seems like the end is near ish? for Waze

I think it's still better than Samsung's first fold, which is good.

Spoilers below. Just making this so people can share their experiences with the new film!
