Doesn't he literally have one from the ICC? And the US Govt sanctioned the ICC over it rather than help enforce it?

Lately and because some early access games have caught my eye, I've been thinking about how I don't have as much time for gaming and want the complete experience right away. If I play a game before it's fixed or before all the content is out, most likely I'll never play the game at it's best because I've moved on already.

It's actually a horror game hiding in a dating sim. Things get more and more bizarre as you play and discover one of the characters has become self aware, eventually involving the player needing to edit files on their computer and such to progress. Not revolutionary but was mind blowing at the time. The Game Grumps did a fun play through.

Yeah, exactly. A buzz in my pocket, pull out the phone, see a bunch of different distracting stuff vs glance at my wrist, know it's a casual message from a friend I can respond to later or in rare cases, something I need to deal with immediately. It's a lot less mental energy
