The price hike in Canada's instance, wouldn't violate US law.

They aren't advertising a "sale". You just aren't paying taxes on what you buy, and it isn't wal mart doing it, it's the government. Wal mart is just choosing to screw over the buyers and the government all in one go.

2/3rd of the research in that link is anecdotal. Further, I still want DST to be permanent. I like it dark in the morning and light further into the day.

We need to keep daylight savings and eliminate standard time. We're on standard time right now. I hate it getting dark at 5pm.

The PA may want a deal for a quick trial. The publicity of a long and drawn out trial won't look good for all the rich, corrupt, assholes in power. They'll want it to be over quickly and get Luigi shoved out of the lime light. Also, especially without a plea there is a very real chance that one of the jurors could vote "not guilty", which would shine a huge spotlight on the fact that jurors can simply vote "not guilty" if they support whatever a defendant has done and they'd get off completely free, which again, the rich and powerful would dreadfully hate.

So I could see a lot of reasons that a prosecutor would strike a very good plea bargain with Luigi. The risk of an acquittal or long trial that could fuel copycat killings or a huge power shift in the US seems pretty realistic.

That means you condone murder.

What? Why? Their burgers taste better than McDonald's. Not that it's saying much. Plus, they have onion rings.

Lol. You're just too confused. I was comparing them, because a 28,000 baud modem happens to have a max transfer rate of 3.6 KB. I can't help it that you don't know what you're taking about.

It's how fast a signal is capable of changing state per second.

It's a switching speed. Not a transfer rate.

Those cups look to each have about 20 ounces in them, so about 100 oz total.

However, I just went to double check and I'm getting conflicting results on the amount to ld50, now. It may be as low as 14 ounces for an adult.

They listed the speed in kilobits per second. kbps isn't short for kilo "baud"
