Depends - average would probably be about 2-3 hours? Not great but not awful for my use.

I could replace the battery and improve this - ifixit sell the kits - but currently I have no need.

My mid 2013 MacBook air sees more use than any of my other devices.

I bought it for £100 a few years back and haven't looked back.

Ore forebears' masters were money-grubbing cunts, this is true. Let's not pretend old matey in the pits was actively participating in the enactment of policies which caused death and emigration on scales unbeknownst before.

Our masters are now too, but at least they pretend not to be. Although they still don't teach kids about the empire properly.

They have enough of those in their club already tbh.

Well put.

Sometimes we need to abandon our principles to care for others. My goodness is less important than the wellbeing of those who are oppressed.

To be fair I grew up in a religious household so he was a bit of a folk hero for us.

He was an interesting chap.

XFCE. Because I'm an idiot, and all my computers are old.

How many of them know who Bonhoeffer was though?

Wait until he finds out about Icelandic naming conventions!

It's hard not to be a doomer with news like this - I'm glad I'm not having kids is all I can think about when I read this; I don't want to think about what the world is going to look like when I'm (not much) older.

Population is increasing, despite this. But the current dialogue around immigration is absolutely horrific, so good luck to everyone who plans on living long enough to maybe need care.

I'm tired of being tied to specific calendars and to-do apps because of difficulties in sharing and syncing my data, so I'd like to be able to manage it myself, either self hosting or using someone else's servers.

I already pay for web-hosting for a personal website (wordpress) but beyond this I'm totally at a loss.

My main goal is incredibly simple - I just want to host some notes and calendars for my family (tomavoid headaches when phones invariably break and so on), which I feel can't be too hard but I'm also incredibly stupid.

Please help?!

I have a Lenovo Tab P11 (Gen 2), which while not being that old seems to have been entirely superceded, to the point that I can't seem to find stock of the only compatible stylus listed on their website (well, that isn't approaching £90 or shipping from China in Ebay- the RRP being something like £40)

Are there any decent universal styluses that can be bought for a decent price that will write well enough to be worth the cost? To my knowledge the Tab P11 isn't USI compatible, unfortunately so I understand that my options may be limited here!
