Is the out-of-the-box quality of desktop-focused Linux distros declining recently? in c/linux@lemmy.ml

If you want to try Ubuntu, just try the plain Ubuntu. Has been my rock solid working distro since forever. I have no real complaints and it just let's me do my work.

I find your questions a bit too suggestive for my personal taste. As a player I would be probably a bit irritated.

I always liked the "Phase Trio" from Fate Core: https://fate-srd.com/fate-core/phase-trio.
