Still considered a laptop, they have low power modes for unplugged use.

The only problem I have with this is that USB-C PD can only go to 240w, which is fine for most laptops but my current gaming laptop has a 240w power brick and it only has a 3060 in it. The 3080 and 3090 variants had 300w+ bricks IIRC.

I don't live in India, but I hope gaming laptops get some sort of exception if their power draw can exceed the specification limits.

I'm going to be the odd one out on this.

I prefer ultra customized recommendations, I wish they were even smarter. Especially if I've already bought something, I want them to know so they stop advertising that product to me.

I'd rather see ads for products that I may actually buy rather than for shit I don't have the slightest interest in.

I rarely buy products without significant research, so ads aren't likely to trick me into buying something of poor quality. I just need to have awareness of things I don't even know exist.

I just use Photopea https://www.photopea.com/ instead. It does everything I need, and I don't need to install anything.

You have no leverage when you only have one remaining economy to sell things to.

Russia is going to be turned into a Chinese vassal state.

Clearly they differ, I only lived there twice for a little than a year each time though, so maybe you have more time spent there than me.

If you order nigiri, and get 4 pieces of roll with it, then your still getting something very diferent than you'd see in Japan.

Sushi (nigiri) almost exclusively comes in single or pair units in Japan, and I've never seen them come with rolls (even maki)

Anecdotal data is not data.

You have nothing.

Pick any "western" city and give me three, I don't give a shit where you live.

I checked other French cities and got the same results. Care to link me to a casual dining sushi restaurant that doesn't serve rolls in France?

"Among the people I've dined with" This is where you're going wrong. You cannot judge "normal" off your own little circle. You may think the word has other meanings, but they do not apply when talking about what's "normal" in terms of food.

Link me three sushi places in your area that do not serve rolls besides maki and don't cost $100 a head, I'll wait.

Normal is not defined as what you seek out, but what's most common in the area.

I can only think of one Nigiri only place, and it's a specialty place in Vancouver in an absolute sea of 600 (this is around the actual number) sushi restaurants across the metro which do serve rolls.

If you go to Osaka, it's the exact opposite, 600 nigiri places to 1 roll place.

Interesting decision
