You can do a web browser search as well. You'll get different websites but typically the ones that sell invites also have a forum where they post trackers that have open signups.

You either have to know someone that's in one already and get an invite or wait till they have open registration/recruitment. You can always search up which trackers have an open sign up through a simple search.
