I was already using bluetooth headsets when they removed it so really didn't care.
Cost. US is the biggest economy in the world and most tech companies are American. They could say if you don’t do this you can’t do business in America. Like cutting off tech companies doing business with China. It stopped non American companies.
So it’s going to be an even shittier chip. Got it. I have no faith that Google can develope a completely custom chip.
Piracy isn't as big now. And people seem dumber so don't expect the same protests.

Would you pay for Discord? That is the problem everyone thinks everything is free but running stuff costs money.
Sure but the general use for android is rooting and jailbreaking is used for iOS.
