Given a chance to truly fly, you'd pass on that?

Kinda sounds like you were running way too hard.
Many people assume you need to run your ass off every time you go. Its just not true.
My shortest runs are quick, but I'm just cruisin' for any long runs; slow enough to comfortably talk with someone and run for a few hours without stopping.
If you're running and you hate it you need to slow way down.
You can do this in relative safety on a racetrack though. Doing this anywhere else is risking turning yourself and others into hamburger meat.
The aerodynamics of the car have changed significantly, though. Pack racing is very different now to what it was back then.
I was also watching in the 90s and 2000s.
"Aight, fuck dat shit, fuck dat shit..."
Wrecks are what allow position changes? Clearly you're not paying attention to the races.
Superspeedway races can have dozens of leader changes, let alone the absolute shitshow of position jockeying that is pack racing. There are hundreds of position changes per race on the big tracks. They're the only tracks where an absolute random underdog has a high chance of winning. Drivers can go from last to first multiple times if they're running well.
People talk shit about NASCAR all the time and their talking points are always based in ignorant assumptions. Its highly competitive contact racing with just as much attention to physics and engineering as any other series. They just don't have hundreds of millions of dollars per team and have to run the same aero package as everyone else.
Its one of the most exciting series to watch. I'm saying this as a big fan of euro racing.
That Target's entry into the Canadian market was designed to fail from the start so that Walmart could swoop in, take over the entire logistics chain and ensure people get to keep their jobs to quell the concerns about Walmart becoming a monopoly in Canada.
Target failed so spectacularly that from my perspective on the inside it had to be by design. When the stores first ooened there was no stock available because we were shipping goods on trailers with no skids, packed floor to ceiling at random then expecting some poor souls in the back rooms of Target stores everywhere (likely with no previous logistics experience) to unload, organize the product into categories on skids and then take them out to the aisles to be put on shelves. We should have been building skids in the warehouses for months until demand settled and could be fulfilled by maximizing trailer efficiency with floor to ceiling loads.
There were an unbelievable amount of blatant inefficiencies and Inventory Control was deliberately understaffed so we ended up with a warehouse with thousands of open rack slots but the system thought the warehouse was full. Multiple layers of this kind of shit were going on and every time we voiced concern about it, management told us to just keep our heads down.
I swear some execs with nice golden parachutes conspired to ensure Target failed so Walmart could swoop in and save the day, breaking through the public concern about monopolization.
I'd consider accounts with only a single game most likely to be bot or cheater accounts. I wonder what the percentage would be.
Rules for thee, not for me.
What the fuck is up with this kind of behaviour on Lemmy tonight? So many people flying off the handle at the slightest hint of disagreement.
You need to chill the fuck out. Also, if they're a world-class projector they should open a drive-IN not a drive-thru. This is cringy ass behaviour. Smh
Honestly, yeah. This is perfect!
It should go without saying that if the brand you're considering is called "Lahuekty" or "Mpanobeb" or something stupid like that you're taking a huge risk. Amazon's 'brands' are a joke.
