Yes, and she was so uncomfortable, nervous and fidgety the whole interview that I'm convinced there's much more dirt on Coppola and his behavior on set that's waiting to surface. She might as well have been wearing a T-shirt that said "Please don't ask me anything about the production of this movie so I don't get sued". It was genuinely painful to watch.

Until our voting system is changed from First-to-the-Finish to Ranked Choice, it's impossible for a third party to be a legitimate option.

I would love to see a third party candidate be successful, but if these third parties can't even complete their paperwork on time and take opposition party funding, they are not legitimate.

My mom is in her late 70s, still working and flying around for gigs, and she always has her Switch and Breath of the Wild or TOKT with her on flights.

Gaming transcends any age.

The pictures of her with Mango Musalini make it look like they're sharing more than just a political viewpoint.

I doubt he really cared about the gas or EV debate, it was just an issue he could use as leverage to get his former company another fat government contract.

Also please remember that anything good Dejoy does is just the minimum required to keep him off the Biden administration's shit list so that he can keep securing contracts for XPO - the private shipping carrier he still has financial ties with.

No, he's made forced concessions to the Biden administration, but it's only to placate them enough to keep his position, and double dip with contracts for XPO (the business he used to own and still has financial ties with).

Lemmy.world becoming the default Lemmy instance, and it growing to outsize all other instances is a danger: it makes the Fediverse centralized, easy to take down and easy to take over.

"If the defendant were not a senior citizen and did not suffer from physical infirmities, the government would be recommending a sentence within the relevant guidelines."

It's the old part that got him a reduced sentence. Anything to avoid giving free healthcare in 'Murica.

I think the long-term sales of the games you just cited is at odds with your opinions. At this point, Bethesda has made a name for themselves with janky, bug-riddled games with big story, that excel at giving the players a feeling agency. At this point that is Bethesda's brand image and they seem to be just going with it. Like why would they bother spending more money to fix bugs and exploits that have become a signature to a lot of people? Also it's costs them less to leave their titles unpolished and let the modders fix it.

Short it on the day Trump's lockout ends.
