I know it sounds dumb that the butter chicken kit contains neither butter nor chicken but trust me, they're awesome.

I get the PB and J (just add peanut butter and jelly) kit from the farmer's market. It's a loaf of bread

I actually made up the label to read:

DIY BUTTER CHICKEN KIT (just add butter and chicken)

because I think it's hysterical.

My wife was very happy with the packet that I made up the last time I made butter chicken. She bought large quantities of the spices I needed at Costco this afternoon and I made up 10 kits.
