any recommendations on providers besides eweka? i think i used to use NGD but it was redundant from eweka. eweka is good but just had a season pack fail so wondering if a different provider might have it

You'll want a setup that has providers with different backbones. Found the map from the site that shall not be named. If you download alot, ideally you'll want your main to be fast and unlimited with a few block accounts from other backbones.

there is also https://whatsmyuse.net/ that is not in a confusing map form. also i dont think that map is current as can be.

Frugal Usenet vote from me. It has multiple backbones so make sure you set it up correctly in your newsreader (server priorities). there is no provider that doesnt have takedowns. it happens to them all. best to look for reposts if you can.

+1 for Frugal Usenet as well, I've had a good experience with them so far

I'm a fan of frugal. Comes with a nice block account for the older stuff.

Someone suggested Sunny to me about a month ago and it’s been good. Only issue is speed but I’m pretty sure that’s a me problem.

HitNews works well for me. Used it for years.

I’m using usenet.farm, works well

I thought the first rule of Usenet was to never talk about Usenet.
