They should also force him to prepay this time so they're not footing the entire bill again.

He should be banned from rallies anywhere he has outstanding debts. No regular citizen would have the privilege so neither should he.

I live in Erie. Please don't pay, just stay the fuck out. I was finally starting to see a decrease in Trump paraphernalia littering the rural parts of the county.
