If I had a nickel for every time Russia lost their navy in a land war I’d have two nickels
whilst it's fun to laugh at the ruskies, this could be a delaying ploy by the kremlin, to keep their materiel in country while they try to buy off the rebels
Why do they need to delay? They can just park their ship somewhere, no need for subterfuge here.
