Reports of sightings similar to those that are putting the US on alert are accumulating in Portugal. TVI (from the same group as CNN Portugal) had access to images captured off Sagres and Cascais. Dozens of balls of light move in the skies, visible to the naked eye and with shapes and behaviors that have not been explained until now
