Yep, we can each do our individual part. Ukraine has a direct donation page at United 24. I sent some more money the day after the election, figured they could use it.

Of course. I've donated before. It's just that the US government was a very powerful ally with vast resources which can no longer be relied upon, and it's... on us, Americans, that it is no longer so.
