Always online is sadly the "solution" that the industry has come to for piracy prevention. The fact that they will also slap DRM on PC ports an added layer of insult.

Man fuck that. That means there will be no mods. This is definitely a way track players to see engagement metrics and to block “DLC unlockers.”

Just a question: what do you mean by "DLC unlockers"? Never heard that one before in this context

On PC you can download a program to unlock cosmetic DLC and weapons but you can only do this if playing with friends.

With always online…all this fucking shit will be server sided verification
