This is a hypothetical balanced version [[Necropotence]] that I was discussing with a friend, mainly with the intention of being balanced for 1 vs 1 play.
This is a great card concept, and I would love to see this even in standard. This works be a dream to play with imo. I would probably suggest BBB for a casting cost but it’s interesting to see this played with other colors.
I want to add after reading this again, I love the non-option the controller has with the card draw and life loss. It’s way way more balanced than Necro and this could actually cause you to lose the game if you’re not careful.
It’s also interesting to see a user hard lock themself at 1 life and 7 cards in hand.
