OK. Push up contest? Cage match? 100m sprint? Contest to see who can go the longest without shitting themselves?

[–] rockSlayer@lemmy.world 61 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

I'd pay money to watch a Trump v Obama basketball game

[–] IchNichtenLichten@lemmy.world 63 points 3 weeks ago (4 children)

Trump could hold him off with that absolute dump truck of an ass.

[–] Biskii@lemmy.dbzer0.com 24 points 3 weeks ago (2 children)

That should really be censored

[–] IchNichtenLichten@lemmy.world 12 points 3 weeks ago

My bad, I can now see how posting a pic of a blonde with an ass that just won't quit could be problematic.

[–] elliot_crane@lemmy.world 19 points 3 weeks ago

Look.. you might’ve made me laugh pretty hard just now, but you didn’t have to post this. You woke up and chose violence.

[–] b3an@lemmy.world 12 points 3 weeks ago

How old is this picture though? I doubt he could even still do this much.

[–] WeirdGoesPro@lemmy.dbzer0.com 5 points 3 weeks ago

Tennis is more activity than I would have thought him capable of.

[–] alquicksilver@lemmy.world 82 points 3 weeks ago

Ah, yes, the famous Trump comeback,

[–] Linktank@lemmy.today 79 points 3 weeks ago

Every accusation a confession.

Every insult a projection.

Every win a rigged election.

"Well of course, that happens when you get re-elected to a 2nd term."

[–] CameronDev@programming.dev 34 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

And more importantly, actually do the job instead of golfing.

[–] WoahWoah@lemmy.world 3 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Well, he did like to golf too, just not as much as Trump. Didn't Obama golf like every week during his presidency?

[–] Maggoty@lemmy.world 25 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Depends what you mean by golf. Finding a morning to play 2 holes a short helicopter hop away is playing golf. But it's not fly to Mar A Lago and ignore all responsibility level of playing golf.

[–] WoahWoah@lemmy.world 21 points 3 weeks ago* (last edited 3 weeks ago) (3 children)

He played like 350 rounds of golf during his presidency. That seems fine to me, but it seems weird to try to minimize that fact. He would regularly fly and play at resorts in Florida, Martha's Vineyard, and around DC. I Googled it, it was pretty well covered.

If that seems problematic to you, think about this: Trump (among many others) loudly criticized Obama for how much golf he played, but then when Trump took office, he proceeded to play twice as much golf.

If you think that's crazy, Woodrow Wilson played twice as much as Trump!! Even during WWI!

It's a sport where you can walk, talk, and do a sport. Decent way to get very moderate exercise while also doing work. I can see why it's popular. My guess is most presidents (except Trump) who golf do so to get outside for a bit in a secluded area while working given the job is nonstop.

[–] pingveno@lemmy.world 1 points 3 weeks ago

I've heard it's also fairly easy to do security for.

[–] Maggoty@lemmy.world 6 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Let's contextualize though. He played twice the amount of golf, in half the time.

[–] WoahWoah@lemmy.world 2 points 3 weeks ago* (last edited 3 weeks ago) (1 children)

No, he played twice the amount compared to Obama over four years. You're weirdly attached to interpreting this golf thing.

[–] Maggoty@lemmy.world 3 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

I'm weirdly attached to fighting stupid conservative propaganda. Let's put it a third way. Trump golfed about every 3.4 days, while Obama golfed about every 8.8 days.

[–] WoahWoah@lemmy.world 2 points 3 weeks ago
[–] BrokenGlepnir@lemmy.world 1 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

But Woodrow Wilson kind of sucked.

[–] WoahWoah@lemmy.world 1 points 3 weeks ago

Yeah I heard he was like a 24 handicap lol

if theres one thing the orange turd is a pro at, its proooojection

[–] Kushan@lemmy.world 23 points 3 weeks ago

Genuinely forgot Obama was in his 60's, fuck I'd be glad to be that fit in my 40's.

[–] paultimate14@lemmy.world 23 points 3 weeks ago

That's a good point. I've decided I'm not going to vote for Obama.

[–] TexasDrunk@lemmy.world 18 points 3 weeks ago

This from the guy who cancelled due to exhaustion recently?

[–] ChowJeeBai@lemmy.world 13 points 3 weeks ago

Didn't he pull out of a number of friendly interviews and events recently? The spoilt orange turd, not the energetic eloquent capable one.

[–] captainlezbian@lemmy.world 11 points 3 weeks ago

No, he was exhausted and looked old 8 years ago. He looks so much younger now

[–] So_zetta_slowpoke@lemmy.world 4 points 3 weeks ago

Pot, black, says Kettle, silver, is 'black'.

[–] xc2215x@lemmy.world 3 points 3 weeks ago

The irony of Trump doing this.

[–] TaeKwonDoh@lemmy.world 3 points 3 weeks ago

Must be a nice view from that glass house of his.

[–] babybus@sh.itjust.works 1 points 3 weeks ago

The original title is much better.
