Stremio, imo is the best. Shit just works with no hassles and with very minimal setup with torrentio and some catalogs. I also like some anime specific apps like dantotsu, aniyomi, mihon on android with aniyomi extensions repo
When it comes to torrents and private trackers, Nyaa.si,Mam, Ipt and TL are my go to.
I like the stremio app with the torrentio extension, it's really easy to use, and with your stremio account you can keep track of the movies and series you watch
the issue is that without a debrid provider, which you have to pay for, many series and movies aren't seeded, so more obscure media is less likely to work
The obscure content thing is an issue I've run into especially looking for ~70s era sci-fi or horror movies that are regarded as cult classics or underrated online.
+1 for Stremio and Torrentio, this is all I use
A year and a half ago I could have named a bunch, used them for over a decade (but of course domains would frequently change). But since switching to my own plex server + torrent, I've never looked back. It gives you all the meta data, trailers, rating and recommendations which you'd expect from paid streaming services, even features like skip intro/credits and keeping track of your progress (even mid episode).
