I purchased a full compliment of bumper plates back in early 2020 like so many. I was able to get Rogue IWF plates for most, but had to get Uesaka D-Warrior 25kg bumpers due to availability issues.

I would like to share the issues I have encountered to help anyone else thinking about getting the plates. They have performed terribly in terms of quality and durability. All my plates are private, personal use and see modest usage. The rogue plates look like they could still be brand new once you wipe the dust and chalk away. The Uesaka plates, however, are crumbling and cracking. My lifting area is littered with visible bits of red detritus from the plates, and there is a crack on one where the metal disc meets rubber.

Considering the cost of these plates, there is no reason for a north american to choose Uesaka over the superior Rogue IWF plates.
