Do you know any good apps (+ server if applicable) for group voice chats over mobile data? I know there is mumble but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be an iOS app.

AFAIK mumble offers excellent compression as the audio codec used is opus and probably does not require a lot of bandwidth. Are there alternatives or is there a usable app for iOS that I just have not found yet?

In this questions I normally look here to find the app which suits my needs.

Jitsi Meet?

iOS definitely complicated things. Otherwise there would be plenty of good options.

Maybe there is an iOS port of Jami?

Edit: Nextcloud talk probably has an iOS app.

Matrix (for example with the Element client) works well, although I've only tested it with video (not only audio).

I find Signal quite good. It does p2p connections
