A group of ROM hackers and modders is developing an ambitious unofficial Super Mario game titled “Mario and the Multiverse,” drawing inspiration from Super Mario 64. This game will feature Mario alongside characters from various franchises, including Pokémon, Splatoon, and Doom.

Seems interesting. Lets see how they pull it off.

The Rayman 3 (drug-fueled) transitions between worlds are a touch I was not expecting. Looks nice!

I'm sure it will be very good. It's being made by Rovertronic, one of the greatest in the SM64 romhacking scene.
