So I'm planning on purchasing a laptop. I'm from India and here laptops are generally priced 20-30% higher than the US price because of import tax. I like what I'm getting with the MSI Core i5 12th Gen - (16 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home/8 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060) Thin GF63 12VF-268IN. After exchange offers and bank discounts this will cost me around $842. There's another one MSI Core i5 12th Gen - (16 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home/6 GB Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050) Thin GF63 12VE-267IN and this will cost me around $781. Which one should I go for considering my budget is close to $750 ? Should I save up and spend extra for the 4060 or is 4050 enough ? Any other opinions and options will also be respected. Thank you

I would definitely save a little more for the 4060. VRAM is an incredibly valuable resource these days, and 8gb is basically bare minimum. I still wouldn't expect the 4060 machine to be an excellent performer, but if it's all you can afford, it's all you can afford.
