A worm ate my memory of it.

No, no no no, you don’t understand, it was the brain worm that did it! RFK Junior is completely innocent!

It’s understandable that you don’t understand, because RFK Junior sounds like an active garbage disposal with several pieces of silverware jammed down it.

Sounds like VP material for the orange felon/rapist.

And this, kids, is why nobody can say sorry for anything. It will be used against you in court.

Not in Canada, it would! Apology law

Yea, this article sucks because it reinforces people being afraid to be honest - even if it would help the people they abused.

That brain worm deserves to be forgiven!

That brain worm does not deserve to be president, nor to hold any other position of responsibility.

On second thought, the brain worm doesn’t deserve to be forgiven either.

I ain't saying shit about deserving forgiveness. But SA survivors deserve whatever the fuck they need to heal or move forward... if their assaulter showing genuine contrition helps with that then I'm all for letting assaulters show contrition without punishing them for it.

They still absolutely deserve punishment for the SA though.

Huh? I mean, sure… kinda. But there is a major difference between “I’m sorry that happened” or “I’m sorry we did all we could” and “I’m sorry I shot your son, ate his face, and then mutilated the corpse.”

Context matters, and putting “sorry” in a sentence doesn’t magically make the sentence not an admission.

So the brain worm can not only turn you into a fucking anti-vax moron, but can also order you to rape women?

Seems like every right winger in America has a brain worm of their very own.

This is the best summary I could come up with:

Independent presidential candidate Robert F Kennedy Jr texted a woman who recently came forward with allegations of sexual assault and apologized for the incident, which he claimed to have “no memory of”, according to a new report.

Cooney accused Kennedy of discretely stroking her leg while they were seated at a table, asking her to rub lotion on his bare back and putting his hands on her hips and breasts.

Kennedy’s message to Cooney was reportedly sent after he publicly declined to comment on the allegations but admitted he is “not a church boy” and has “so many skeletons” in his closet.

That fall, Cooney kept a diary where she documented her life and an alleged incident in which Kennedy made unwanted sexual advances at her, Vanity Fair reported.

Cooney told Vanity Fair that weeks after the first incident, she found Kennedy in the bedroom she was staying in at their home, shirtless, and standing where her diary was open next to her bed.

In a third instance, Cooney alleges that Kennedy came up behind her while she was in a corner of the family kitchen and began to put his hands on her hips, making his way up her rib cage until he was touching her breasts.

The original article contains 601 words, the summary contains 208 words. Saved 65%. I'm a bot and I'm open source!
