I am looking for an alternative to bird.makeup (Because it doesn't work anymore) that allows me to follow Twitter accounts on Mastodon. I saw on GitHub there was a tool called Touitomamout (https://github.com/louisgrasset/touitomamout) which is up to date and apparently does the job well but I don't know much about Docker. Is there an instant solution for me to follow Elon Musk on Mastodon ๐Ÿ˜†.
