Wouldn't adding your plugins make you fingerprintable?
Just wondering but wouldn't it be possible to make a browser that can perfectly hide plugins? Seems like it should be possible.

One time I heard on a podcast that sometimes you are more private because you blend with the rest of the world. By using a very unique browser , with a very unique set of extensions , etc. You make yourself less private.
@baritone_edge Some of the "hardening" that @ZacBelado is talking about is making sure not to report any information about plugins, installed fonts, or other things, it produces a false report when this information is requested. Also @Apollo2323 LibreWolf forges its signature, making itself appear to be like that of Chrome running on Windows. Occasionally while I use it, I see websites conform themselves to this signature, e.g. offering me Windows versions of apps to download.
I have also heard LibreWolf praised by differently-abled people for its good accessibility features as well.
Oh very interesting well thanks for the info!
I used it for a whole bit hated having to login to my sites every time I reopened the browser. Also 1Password didn’t work with it.
Maybe someday I’ll give it another shot but for now Firefox is ok with me
fyi, you can add cookie exceptions for individual sites that you want to retain your login information
