That’s not “even”. The NYT have been an enthusiastic participant in trans genocide many, many times.

I was thrilled to see it wasn't simply dismissed on a technicality like... A few felt like they mostly ended up dismissed on "hey this is so bad I'll lose my job as a judge to accept it even if I agree so come back with a better write up". 😩
