No ships, not at the moment. But boats they have.

They've done amphibious raids into Crimea with them.

Yeah, no. Not a traditional navy, but an opponent that has the technology specifically designed for aerial denial. And the Russian navy refuses to bolt self defense guns to their ships as this would be admitting they need to do something.
