I haven't been able to figure out how to repeat this bug yet but this is the second time it has happened.

Edit: it appears to be an issue when rotating the app back into portrait from landscape. I was able to repeat it multiple times by doing that.

[That is one depressing feed]

Living in the US is pretty depressing

I'm more concerned about the librarian headline than I am about Google doing what we all knew they would do.

The interesting thing here is that the elements within your notification bar (clock for example) also shifted to the right. This feels like a system issue rather than an app issue.

It's not a system issue. At least that part isn't. There's a camera there, so it just looks slightly weird as a screenshot.

Looks like the issue I have. https://swg-empire.de/post/369504

Still don't know what triggers it. But glad to see I'm not the only one.

Sometimes the bar shifts to the left as well. Also it is then hidden behind the android navigation bar.

I've had similar issues. Usually if I am switching between apps too fast. Like if I open a link and then click back before it loads. Particularly if it opens that link in a different app, like YouTube videos. The only way I've fixed it is closing out the app and reopening it.

I think it's tied somewhere when the UI changes to a video player and starts hiding elements and gets interrupted.
