I tried multiple browsers to login on this instance, but the spinning arrow keeps spinning without ever login me in.

Am I the only one? Any idea how to fix this?

Also, the "forgot password" link isn't doing anything even though I don't need to use it.

How do we report this?

P. S. I can only post here cause I'm logged in on the Jerboa app.

No ideas on how to help, but upvoting and commenting for visibility to drive the active and top scores. I can say also that in another thread where this person asked for help on a different topic, they were responsive and provided the information necessary to get to the bottom of things. If somebody has ideas, OP will not likely waste your time.

Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies? The forgot password issue is something I'm working on at the moment

This has been happening since the update btw. It happened to me a few days ago.

From my understanding, the new version that should be released in the few weeks should fix a lot of these weird bugs

I’ve been seeing some instances become unresponsive for minutes at a time. Even my own instance where I’m the only user on there. Looking at my resource usage there have been a few spikes to 80% CPU usage. Planning to dig into it later.

Let us know! I've been trying to login since this morning, so, about 5 hours, without any conclusive result.

Hi there, I've been monitoring my logs on my instance over the past 24 hours, and not seeing anything out of the ordinary. I'll keep an eye on it, but just not seeing any red flags, yet.

Thanks for the tip. I do have a VPN, and I tried logging in while it was on but to no avail.

You have to put your email address into the username field in order for the forgot password link to work.

I haven’t had the time to dig into it yet. I’ve seen a few CPU spikes up to 40% on my instance but nothing like earlier this morning.

That's a thick password my man

You find any fix? Clear the browser cache. Restart your server might help.

I gave up on setting up my own instance today for these exact reasons. Brand new install, multiple browsers, no matter the username, no matter the length of the password, all I get is a spinning circle when I try to login with my brand new admin account. No response whatsoever from the forgot password link either.
