I have learned that people appreciate it, if you tell them you fucked up with what you said. Be it immediatly or a few days later.
I'm ADHD and sometimes just say all of my thoughts out loud. This is my state of being.
I usually do this on purpose.

Yeah there's definitely a few blunders here and there. When I'm switched on though I tend to do pretty well.
