He set the oven to 500 and cooked it for 14 minutes then turned the oven off and let it sit for 2 hours. Then broiled it for 1 minute at the end with the compound butter on top.
The steak is seasoned with just salt and pepper.
The compound butter is fresh garlic, rosemary, basil, sage, ground chipotle peppers, salt, and pepper.
