Hey, ummmm.... Things broke again xDDDD
Ah man, going to try to fix it.
And btw, is there a way to upload videos is such a way you can play it in the post without having to go to external site? :x
Not that im aware of :/ ~ external direct links should embed
Sorry for pestering you so much but we still can't upload images, did previous fix stop working or something?
Should be fixed now.
TY, any idea why it keeps going down? Should I expect it to stop working in the future again?
Just checked, uploading images still doesn't work. I guess I will give up on uploading images for now.
If at some point in the future lemmy allows uploading videos on the platform, will you guys enable it?
Maybe but our storage is limited at the moment. We don't have enough to hold potentially hundreds of gigabytes of videos alone.
Yeah, I was thinking the same. It would make sense to enable it only if you get the ability to set limit on the size of the video.
Seems like embeds on desktop are so small that they are useless and on mobile version of the post there's no embed at all ๐
Is it still like this?
Yes, seeing how you asked this question I assume the fix is on the way or smth? (talking about video embeds)
Seeing the same error. My image is an 8kb 460x460 png
