Home away from home for diplomats, hustlers, entrepreneurs, and wanders. Humans and aliens wrap in two million five hundred thousand tons of spinning metal, all alone in the night. It can be a dangerous place, but it's our last best hope for peace. This is the story of last of the Babylon stations. The year is 2258. The name of the place is Babylon 5.

Agree! I watch it about once a year as well. In fact it might be time to put it on again...
Any loss in special effects quality is outweighed by the ever-relevant narrative and politics. And it's funny!
I've been rewatching it for the last few weeks.
I've lost count of the number of times I've watched it.
Rewatched it a few years ago and loved it. The effects did age terribly but i tink it still is one of the all time best sci-fi shows out there.
I think the same about the effects when I start watching but a few episodes in the story and writing catch all my attention so I don't even notice the effects being there (or bad) so I really don't mind.
G'Kar and Londo are always worth watching again!
