I say it's pretty obvious that the genocide case is based on Hammas propaganda, the newspaper os reporting on it... So they kinda do it but not intentionally.
Do you have any link to support your claim? Like how the Hamas propaganda machine has infiltrated Israeli media, or any media/organization etc.
I ask because so far I am aware of the Israeli lobby. Here is an Al Jazeera Investigation prooving how the Israeli lobby is influencing Britain, for instance.

On the other hand I am not aware of any documentation claiming that Hamas has a strong propaganda machine. So strong that they even have Haaretz under their thumb, according to what you say.
- That's an opinion piece, it contends that genocide accusations rely on the premise that comments from far-right Israeli politicians represent Israel as a whole, and as such they should be removed from power, "to persuade the world that the deranged ideas they are spreading do not reflect reality." It does not make the claim that Israel's actions are in fact a genocide, rather it says that the claim does not reflect reality and the world must be persuaded of this.

- Equating Israeli behaviors with the Nazi genocide against Jews is literally Hamas' social media strategy.
