Human trails just began, but since it's such a specific drug that's only able to kill a specific bacterial genus species, it appears very safe. Which means your microbiome is even totally safe. They're hoping to be able to basically tailor it for any gram negative pathogen. It's also selectively toxic as it only targets these bacteria, due to only gram negative bacteria having LPS!
