Treating your workers humanely massively increases their productivity.

『rant』 It's an indictment of common top-down management structures that companies so routinely turn to austerity. But the time theft notion shows upper management is as prone to false naratives as the rest of us, when they're supposed to be the smart guys who know what they're doing. 『/rant』

Crazy seeing this anywhere on the Palouse. For the uninformed, the Palouse tends to be very conservative and religious with a few notable outlier cities.

Yeah! When I first saw it, I figured there must be a Palouse in France or somewhere. But I guess both the humanists in the Tri-Cities must have really put this together.
