A "Showerthought" is a simple term used to describe the thoughts that pop into your head while you're doing everyday things like taking a shower, driving, or just daydreaming. The best ones are thoughts that many people can relate to and they find something funny or interesting in regular stuff.

Can a cow actually jump?
Much much better than you think. And better than they really should be able to. I saw a ropeing steer get over a 5 foot fence once.
Yeah, we regularly had issues with our cows jumping the fence. Was annoying, but also really impressive at the same time.
As someone who used to be subscribed to r/happycowgifs, they definitely can!
Cows can actually jump higher than a house. This is because houses can't jump.

I used to have a job delivering bedding material for cattle. When I would unload they would often gather at the back of my semi truck and jump and dance around headbutting the material as it was falling out the back like enthusiastic dachshunds. It made me a bit nervous getting out of the truck in case one accidentally crushed me.
Happy cows are a little scary but hilarious at the same time.
