Wtf, how is this legal. Bunch of idiots just casually fucking with the atmosphere. It's annoying that governments don't do anything but vigilante terraforming isn't the answer.

Simply put, emitting particles in the atmosphere without having scientific consensus that this is a good thing, could be a bad thing.
