It's pretty fun so far. There's a lot of... depth, and a bunch of different interesting archetypes. Some cards seem (particularly caves-oriented ones) seem like they're fairly ineffective at what they want to be doing, though. I hope I'm wrong about that and I just haven't found the right way to build those decks.

Sealed deck, booster draft, cube draft, and other limited variants are all welcome here! Limited formats require live deckbuilding from a random pool of cards you open, as opposed to Constructed deckbuilding where you bring a deck you've created ahead of time.

I think you are right and caves are just a trap and not worth it. Maybe with two of the red cave sweeper and two of the lifelink leech there is a chance but anything less than that is just not worth it. I'd love to be proved wrong though since new land types are cool.
I'm super bad at picking artifacts. But the payoff of artifact synergy is crazy good from what I've seen
I do miss Eldraine a bit, but I'm liking LCI so far. Seems like a lot of interesting synergies are possible.
I'm surprised to hear you're low on green; my best decks so far have featured big green dinosaurs. In contrast I have done pretty poorly with my two attempts at the black/white sacrifice deck.
I see two copies of [[Inverted Iceberg]] in that screenshot; how do you like it? High pick or just decent filler? I had one once but never lived long enough to craft it.
Some observations:
[[Tinker's Tote]] seems to be a pretty high pick for a bad [[Raise the Alarm]]; I have trouble getting any. It goes with a lot of stuff: craft, artifact synergies, sacrifice effects....
If you were wondering whether [[Glowcap Lantern]] was good, it is. I had it in a deck yesterday with [[Roaming Throne]] (which is also good, take it if you see it).
With all the dinosaurs wandering around, removal that's not toughness-based is pretty important. In particular I think I should be valuing [[Quicksand Whirlpool]] higher than I am.
The Dino deck is real and green can be good but I think in a vacuum it's got the least efficient cards.
I think Inverted Iceberg is better than average for the first two copies in slower U/W/B decks. But I would avoid playing it in the faster U decks, like UW fliers or UR artifacts
