You could always just link the webapp to your home screen. Not idea, but it's a pretty close experience.

I don't think there is one. What I do is use the website on Firefox wth uBlock Origin, and Decentraleyes add-ons.

Don't do it on android tho, FF sites are not isolated, you better use Bromite or Brave for those shady sites.
