I've got a six of clubs, a six of spades, and a six of hearts in my hand.
I pull a d6 out of my pocket.

I decide on a 1 or 2, I'll play the six of clubs, on a 3 or 4, I'll play the six of spades, and on a 5 or 6, I'll play the six of hearts.
I roll the d6 on the table and get a 1.
I play the six of clubs.
And then I put the d6 back in my pocket.
All without speaking.
