Wonder what these quests are then. I had it too and because I also had landing enemy spaceships without opening their landing bays... I moved to NG+, which solved it as well 😅

MODERATORS
One of them could be the quest that pops up when you enter an enemy ship telling you to kill the crew or leave the ship. The other is probably handling all the npc spawns and scripts when you enter. This is all just a guess though so I could be absolutely wrong.
Do you have the quests names? Maybe playing them normally will have the same effect. I'm curious, I have this problem on Xbox.

I've tried using this fix multiple times but it's never worked for me on my current save sadly. I've just given up on boarding ships until NG+ hopefully.
