Quit smoking weed and cigarettes 4 months ago, still going strong. I like to think everyone stops posting to not tempt me. Thanks /c/trees
u quit cigarettes? NICE JOB ive never dabbled with nicotine more than a few times coz im scared of it but ive heard thats the hardest shit to kick good on ya.
I smoked for almost 30 years and then went like "ok i'm done now" and quite BOTH. Cold Turkey. No nicotine patches, no vapes, nothing. Gained 6kilograms though.

[7] Eh, it's not inactive. Not as active as reddit, sure. Just kind of a different pace.
Yeah. It's just a smaller community, that's why we don't get all those "I accidentally ate a 3000000g THC edible" and "does this weed look okay?" posts. We have those few growers who keep us updated, the occasional question...and mostly the rest of us are just lurking.
If there's a interesting thread, it definitely gets enough attention. It's sad that !StonerMemes@lemmy.beyondcombustion.net is gone, though.

It isn't that inactive, we still get a new thread every day.
 Leaving Reddit turned out not to be problematic and I have much more free time now. I just don’t have the desire to use social media much to be honest, and that’s why I don’t post. However, I do enjoy an occasional browse still and I’m grateful for some slower moving channels.
