I was wondering if there are any plans for a hide feature so that I'm less likely to view the same content repeatedly.

not right now, but we could add an option to hide read posts (not on individual level but on the level of the whole list). since API provides that information i think it would be fairly easy to implement.

You mean like hide a com you might not like? Yeah, i would like they too

I would not like that. I like how it is now: 'opt-in' rather than 'opt-out'. If I browse 'All' I want to see all. If I want to see only what I want to see I browse 'Subscribed'. Simple and transparent without any hidden 'bubble'.

So the only way is to opt-in to everything except the communities I don't want to see? Got it, working on that now.

No not really. Just not showing things on All after I've already read them or voted on them unless I specifically search for them.
