The only thing that hack fraud Rich Evans steps on is dreams of the 99%.
It may be early for crunchy leaves. Marinade them for another month for perfect crunchiness.
I do mine in the air fryer.

Best crunchy leaf is Silphium terebinthinaceum or whatever.

Biggest leaves locally are A. saccharum ssp. nigrum, though sometimes the platanoides and saccharinum leaves get huge, too.
