This is the best summary I could come up with:

An 18-year-old man has been charged with murdering Geelong father Paul Grapsas, whose body was found after he failed to return from a late-night dog walk.

Mr Grapsas, 40, has been remembered by his family as a "man of integrity" and father of two who was expecting his third child when he died.

Police said Mr Grapsas had left his home at Western Beach Road near the Geelong waterfront about 11pm on Thursday last week to walk his dog.

He had suffered significant head injuries and had died by the time his body was found by his wife on Malone Street hours later, police said.

Police arrested an 18-year-old man from the Geelong suburb of Belmont on Tuesday and on Wednesday charged him with murder.

Investigators have urged anyone who lives in the area or was driving through who has dashcam or CCTV footage to contact Crime Stoppers.
