Can anybody summarize it? Chinese is developing challenging chipsets despite all possible bans?

Basically yeah, China managed to produce domestic 7nm chips in commercial volumes and people thought it would take much longer for that to happen.

The fact that they've gone from not having 7nm at all to already being in mass production in a phone in this amount of time is unreal.
